Are all items brand new?

The products sold at Simon Charles Auctioneers come from high street & online retailers, wholesalers, distributors across the UK, in a range of different conditions from brand new to customer returned or faulty.

We don’t always have chance to test and check the items and all products are sold as seen, due to this we have viewing times available to come down and check the condition of a lot and we highly recommend you take advantage of them. (These times can be found in the important sale information for every auction and sometimes will need to be booked in advance)

If it is not possible to view we also have an ask a question" feature on each item, where you can gain a better understanding of the product before bidding.
