This term refers to the fact that we cannot verify whether or not these products are genuine, this is due to how our supplier obtains possession of these goods. Whilst we believe that the vast majority of the products that we sell at Simon Charles are genuine, however we cannot be 100% certain as we DO NOT authenticate every product.

When the term "approximately" has been used we do expect that, that will be the correct number of items in that lot, however, it may be that the count falls slightly short or indeed over the number advertised, typically for counts over 100 we would not refund on a 10% margin for example.

However as ever with our goods products should be checked on site and once they have left the premises no refunds can be issued.
